职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for discovering the business needs, analyzing the product capabilities, and proposing our valued-added solutions
? Be a solution expert, and be passionate in showing clients the innovative value of our HR System and Service solutions ? Actively participate in client biddings, and take responsibility for the preparation of our business proposals
? Often support the marketing events, and present our HR solutions to the public
? Always study the industry trends and competitive dynamics, and propose our product development needs
? Act as a communication bridge among the Sales, Services and R&D department
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, HR, Business Administration or related
? 5+ years of experience in HR solutions industry, or inhouse HR Operations/HRIS background
? 2+ years of presales consulting experience with HR solutions
? Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, proficient in public speaking
? Hands-on, and work as a team player
? Good computer skills with Microsoft Office
? Proficiency in English and Chinese
