职位描述

Responsibilities

1) Provide support and guidance to dealers regarding all service and customer related issues;

支持和指导经销商的一切服务和与客户有关的行动;

2) Offer training to service personnel of the dealers in order to transfer LIEBHERR concept, advantages and corporate culture;

培训经销商服务人员,传输LIEBHERR的技术理念,优势和企业文化;

3) Assist dealers in establishing service network/team, warranty claim and after-sales service process, spare parts sales workforce and sales process etc.;

协助经销商建立服务网络与团队、制定保修索赔与售后服务流程、建设配件销售队伍与销售流程等;

4) Make every possible effort to standardize the regional LIEBHERR service image, such as: deployment of service vehicles and standard tools, classification of technical documentation, standard work uniforms, reminder of safety and cautions for operators and related services personnel;

尽一切可能和努力,规范该区域LIEBHERR的服务形象,譬如:服务车的配置,标准工具的配置,技术文档的归类,工作服装的标准化,以及对操作手以及相关服务人员安全意识以及注意事项的提醒等等;

5) Make every effort to provide good communication with all customers in the region and to establish a good relationship with them on behalf of LIEBHERR;

尽一切努力,代表LIEBHERR与该区域所有客户良好沟通,建立良好的关系;

Make proposal and organize the regional service image promotion, e.g., intensive

6) training for operators, competition of service skills, seasonal customer feedback / callback event, etc.;

建议并组织该区域LIEBHERR服务形象的市场推广活动,譬如:操作手的集中培训,操作技能比武,季节性的客户回馈/回访活动等等;

7) Call or visit customers regularly: to guarantee twice visits for all customers within six months, once a month visit for key accounts, to keep updated of the equipment usage status and customer needs / demands, to remind friendly and timely of service maintenance, the usage of original oil products and filters as well as valve clearance adjustment, etc.;

定期电话或者现场拜访客户:最终做到6个月内拜访所有客户2次,重点客户每月一次,及时了解设备的使用状况以及客户的需求/诉求,提醒并催促及时的服务保养,原装油品,滤芯的使用,气门间隙的调整等等;

8) Summarize and analyze frequently occurred or major malfunctions to provide professional technical analysis reports and recommendations for the factory to make improvement. Report major malfunctions and batch malfunctions of competitors;

汇总分析频繁或重大故障,形成专业的技术分析报告和建议,以便工厂改进。同时报告竞争对手的重大故障,批量故障等;

9) Segment machine malfunction features, such as the frequency and location of malfunctions within 100/1000/4000 hours, classification and analysis of installation / design / quality / operation problems;

细化LIEBHERR 机器故障的特点,譬如100/1000/4000小时内发生故障的次数,部位,安装问题/设计问题/质量问题/操作问题的归类分析;

10) Timely verify if the malfunctions within or after warranty belong to quality problems and provide related report;

质保期内、外的故障,及时核准是否是质量问题,形成报告;

Act as a bridge between LIEBHERR, dealer and customers to provide timely and effective communication, to handle customer needs / demands on service and parts

11) (price, delivery), etc.;

充当LIEBHERR,经销商,客户之间的桥梁,及时有效地沟通,处理客户的需求/诉求,如:服务,备件(价格,交货期);

12) Collect and report similar parts price of competitors in the region as well as strengths and weaknesses of LIEBHERR parts;

收集并报告该区域其他竞争对手同类备件的价格定位,LIEBHERR的优势,劣势等等;

13) Support the regional sales, marketing and credit control;

本区域的销售、市场、风险控制支持性工作;

14) Work in other service regions temporarily according to the service demand and company assignment;

应工作需要,根据公司安排,临时性外派去邻近区域的其他服务工作;

15) Assist dealers to create and maintain a necessary inventory of spare parts;

协助经销商建立并维护必要的配件库存;

16) Assist dealers’ service department to proactively contact End-Users for maintenance of machines and promote using of genuine parts;

协助经销商的服务部门主动联系终端客户,帮助设备的维保与原装件的使用;

17) Assist dealers to optimize their inventory of machines according to Liebherr delivery time;

协助经销商根据利勃海尔交货期优化其整机库存;

18) Advise Liebherr service management with spare parts marketing (price rebate, flexible payment terms and/or similar promotion proposals);

向利勃海尔服务负责人提出配件促销建议(如价格折扣、弹性付款方式和/或类似促销方案);

Requirements

1) College degree or above;

大专及以上学历;

2) Machinery engineering, or other related major background;

机械工程或其他相关专业;

3) Training in repairing heavy construction machinery;

工程机械维修培训;

4) At least 5 years working experience in heavy construction machinery repair, especially earthmoving & mining equipment;

5年以上工程机械维修经验,尤其是土方和矿用设备的维修经验;

5) Be familiar with heavy construction machinery equipment, especially with earthmoving & mining equipment;

熟悉工程机械,尤其是土方和矿用设备;

6) Proficient knowledge about hydraulic system, machinery engineering, electric system, etc.;

熟悉液压系统、机械工程、电器系统等知识

7) Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing;

中文流利,良好的书面和英语口语;

8) Reading of basic technical drawings;

读懂基本的技术图纸;

9) Proficient computer skills;

熟练的计算机技能;
