Job Descriptions:
-Client interviews and presentations;
-Problem formulation and analysis;
-Industrial property search and evaluation;
-Liaison with industrial park and government administration;
-New company establishment documentation drafting(e.g.Project Proposal,Feasibility Study Reprot,Articles of Association,etc,);
-Alternative generation;
-Meeting facilitation.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and Capability
-Fluent in English (able to speak,read and write);
-Knowledge of China foreign investment laws, regulations and practice;
-Mastery over common computer software(Word,Excel,PowerPoint);
Study Background:
-University graduate;
-Degree in law, economics, business,or management.
Professional Experience:
-With business or industry experience;
-Preferred with working experience in foreign invested company;
-Preferred with experience of setting-up a foreign invested company in China.
