Responsibilities:

· Assist DOS to sets and implements budgets, sales/marketing plans and activities

· Show responsibility to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, focus on the company's strategic goals

· Ensures that maximum revenues/yields are achieved in the development, maintenance and education

· Implement Strategic Rate Pricing, Strategic Rate Selling and will play a valuable role in the development of the Strategic Plan and the education of all members of the team to this direction.

· Aggressively grows the business to meet and exceed revenue targets through well planned Sales & Marketing activities and development of a strong commercial platform.

· Identify, develops and maintains a strong network of clients in the relevant market.

· Develops and leads a motivated and competent team




Requirements:

· Minimum 3+ years of sales and management experience

· A strong client database and network

· Knowledge of the local corporate or real estate markets are definitely advantage

· A good team player with leadership and communication skills

· Must be independent, able to work under pressure and possess strong sense of responsibility

· Minimum 5 years hotel sales background, Pudong area is preferred

· Fluent English

· University degree

· Candidates with relevant degrees and successful track records are preferred.
