职位描述


  

  • Lead Budget and Forecast according to Group Strategy:

  

  • Communicate with BU Leader / PC Leader / other departments’ head about the target

  • Organize the whole procedure and assign tasks

  • Prepare Deck for Board Meeting

      

  • Responsible for Group Mgmt report:

  

  • Track performance by working together with Marketing / Operation / HR departments etc.

  • Perform variance analysis on a Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly basis and Provide suggestions for continuous improvement

  • Preparing Mgmt packages for Executive Meeting

      

  • Review tax report of each LE:

  

  • Incl. tax return and CIT final settlement

  • Maintain stable relationship with tax bureau

  • Propose analysis and suggestions for tax planning according to management requirements

      

  • Guide and motivate subordinates, including plan scheduling, progress tracking, problem solving and quality ensurance

  • Other Ad Hoc issues requested
