职责

Responsibilities

1. 按照作业指导书对过程产品进行检验，填写检验记录。

Inspect raw material, products accessories and pins according to working instruction, and fill in check record.

2. 对检验结果跟作业指导书核对，发现问题及时向上级报告，并联系质量部进行改善。

Check the inspection results against the working instruction, and if find problem report to the CMM engineer immediately and contact quality department to improve it.

3. 所有的检验报告整理清楚，并存档。

Tidy up the original inspection records and be responsible for archiving.

4. 对部分成品进行最终审核，并做好记录。

Conduct finial audit on some finished products and make a record.

5. 负责日常使用量具的维护和保存。

Be responsible for daily measurement equipments’ maintenance.

6. 配合质量工程师进行不良品处理。

Handle the nonconforming products with the quality engineer.

7. 上级安排的其它工作。

Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Be proficient in using Office software.

◆具备 ISO9001/IATF16949的基本知识。

Have basic knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949.
