1. 具备线上活动运营和执行能力，根据行业特性、热点时节、品类特性、顾客潜在需求等，与多部门沟通合作，负责官网活动从前期准备到上线的执行落地
2. 负责活动的运营数据监控、并针对数据进行有效分析，提高活动点击率、转化率和访问深度等，有针对性地调整优化相关内容；
3. 协助分析官网活动效果和表现；
4. 负责完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职条件：

1. 大专或以上学历，有1-3年官网活动运营工作经验者优先；擅长营销活动策划及落地执行
2. 良好的沟通协调能力，较强的抗压及快速学习能力
3. 精通办公软件操作，包括EXCEL、POWERPOINT
4. 热爱并熟悉电商行业, 对数字敏感; 对美妆行业有兴趣
5. 性格开朗，具备高度的敬业和团队合作精神，工作细致负责,  有责任心
6. 英文读写能力良好
