Responsibilities

1. Drive continuous improvement activities (6Sigma, lean and Kaizen) deployment in SSLS to strive for best quality of process and product to satisfy the customer. Lead 6Sigma project in SSLS introduce and deploy the quality tools using widely to deal with issues.

2. To summarize and inform the quality reporting to QM manager. Share the quality information and resources.

3. Optimize process quality management, develop the company quality plan to improve product and process quality level and ensure quality needs of customer are taken into account.

4. To make quality trend analysis, coordinate the analysis for the main quality issues both in before delivery and after delivery, follow up, and supervise the action plan implementation.

5. Other tasks assigned by QM manager

6. Establish, implement, maintain & continuously improve to ensure the effective and valid QMS and other management system to be certified. Set up SSLS quality policy and middle & long-term quality objectives and indicators, continuously improve and optimize quality management system by carry out internal audit and process audit.

Requirements:

1. Experience in QA related activities in industry

2. QA team management experience in manufacturing industry

3. Experience in lead project, like lean, Kaizen ,6 sigma project

4. Dominant language and moderate in English.
