Responsibility:
1、 执行人力资源各项制度及体系的制定与实施，并持续改进；
2、 负责人力资源管理日常工作，包括人员招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效及员工关系管理等；
3、 负责员工录用、入职培训、合同签订、离职、社保公积金及劳动纠纷处理等；
4、 负责员工考勤、奖惩、请休假、调动、劳动争议等管理工作；
5、 制定并完善行政后勤管理各项制度并贯彻实施；
6、 负责办公用品采购管理、固定资产管理、安全卫生管理、设备设施管理等；
7、 负责各类人事、行政档案的管理。
Qualification:
1、人力资源、行政管理等相关专业；
2、三年以上人力资源岗位工作经验，一年以上人事、行政主管工作经验者优先录用；
3、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，熟悉现代企业人力资源规划、薪酬、绩效和培训体系；
4、卓越的分析问题及解决问题的能力，工作认真负责 。
