PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
The primary responsibility is to design-in/win the Motor Driver, IPM, IGBT products to industrial and White good Key customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1) Provide technical, application, and provide trouble shooting support to the field.
2) Work closely with local and overseas product Business units for goals alignment.
3) Drive revenue growth at target accounts by meeting or exceeding design-in goals.
4) Establish and maintain good working relationships with customer's engineers and decision-makers.
5) Learn our competitor's strengths and weaknesses, and provide the information to the internal teams.
6) Work closely with FAEs, sales and marketing groups to define new products for targeted customers.
7) Perform appropriate solution suggestion to customer and help them to evaluate new products.
8) Assist personnel at various industry trade-shows meeting with attendees, answering technical questions, and collecting leads for new business.
9) Be able to diplomatically handle a difficult customer while always maintaining a professional demeanor.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Hands-on experience of all, or some, of the following:

1) Bachelor's degree educational qualification in Electrical Engineering is preferred. Automation control field with power electronics background required.

2) 5 years field application experience and/or 5 years in the field of power electronics is preferred. Knowing motor control, such as field oriented control, vector control, modulation, PI regulator, current loop control, speed loop control, with digital control programming capability.

3) Knowledgeable in power electronics. Knowing how to design power device for inverter etc different topology. Knowledge of how to choice the device such as IGBT, MOSFET, Motor Driver and IPM Module, how to drive these device, how to layout the trace, how to consider thermomechanical system, how to manage faults such as OV, OC, OT etc, how to minimize EMI/EMC, and how to evaluate the reliability of system.
4) Good Communication skills and capability to gain respect and trust with the customer. Proficient in both Chinese and English.
