Key Responsibilities:

-  Manages and controls the fabrication and be responsible of the reception of equipment in supplier workshop which includes but is not limited to: 

 ·        Stainless steel pressure vessel 

 ·        Carbon steel pressure vessel before rubber lining and after rubber lining 

 ·        Stainless steel piping and carbon steel piping before and after rubber lining

 -  Manages and controls the erection on site, when necessary. 

 -  Controls the reception of materials in supplier shop when required. 

 -  Takes part in the establishment of the Quality plan, and is responsible of its application by the supplier. 

 -  Takes part in the establishment of the schedule, and follow-up in supplier’s shop. 

 -  Provides the interface and the reporting of each control visit. 

 -  Responsible of the detection of non-conformities in supplier or client’s site and takes part in their treatments. 

 -  Follow-up of the application by the supplier of the technical specifications, drawings and applicable regulations described in contract. 

 -  Responsible of the control of the final contractual documentation from supplier.        

Qualifications:

 -  Bachelor degree in mechanical major. 

 -  Experienced in using AutoCAD software, ability to do ISO METRIC piping designing and 3D designing is preferred.   

 -  Significant experience in controls in the industries involved with our manufacturing, especially experience in pressure vessels is required. 

 -  Experience of work in a foreign enterprise. 

 -  Ability to interface multifunctional and multicultural group. 

 -  Personal leadership and teamwork. 

 -  Good speaking and writing in English. 

 -  Chinese native speaker. 

 -  Business travel will be required.
