职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTION
- 负责按时完成每日向客人提供的基金估值,财务报告等服务,协助督查估值服务的质量;
- 协同客人及花旗内部其他团队, 确保按时完成每日的估值核对工作;
- 根据客人要求及业务实际,提交基金会计核算/监督等系统的升级需求并完成相关测试工作;保持与亚太地区基金会计团队的沟通,参与各项基金会计相关的项目;
- 及时检查更新估值系统中的资产信息,除权除息信息等估值要素,确保各项估值要素的准确性;
- 负责及时完成客人提交的月报/季报/半年报/年报等等财务报表的核对工作;
- 确保及时发现所有日常内外部估值及核对业务中的差异项，并负责研究和解决问题，对久期较长的差异项进行跟踪分析;
- 甄别基金/资产估值工作中的风险点,根据实际业务及相关风险控制手段,定期更新基金估值业务操作手册,并能据此培训其他员工;
- 持续维持我部基金估值及资产报告的准确性和高标准的服务;
- 协助日常内外审计并完成主管安排的其他工作;
REQUIREMENTS
- 全日制本科以上学历;
- 至少5年以上基金会计经验,有QDII或其他境外估值经验者优先,有Multifonds使用经验者优先;
- 流利的英语听说能力;
- 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧;
- 能够在一定工作压力下成长;
- 能够接受一定程度的加班,包括工作所需的节假日加班;
- 熟练编写Excel Macro者优先;
