Job description:

    

    

The Quality manager is responsible of managing the quality of all products made by the suppliers of ITBC, as well as the coordination with logistics department, purchasing department and sales department.

    

    

Job duty:

    

    

· Manage 3 quality controllers in China and 1 quality controller in India

    

· Book and manage the quality control made by third parties on behalf of ITBC

    

· Deal with all claims received from customer and implement a clear history of all claims received

    

· Make sure the quality standard requested by our clients are well understood and respected by our suppliers

    

· Ensure a clear quality report for any inspection made by ITBC or third party

    

· Define the quality requirements for each new product with our suppliers and follow the samples qualification process with our supplier and sales.

    

· Make the packing instruction sheet for each product according to customer’s need.

    

· Direct communications with Sales department in Europe and suppliers in China and India for any technical issues.

    

· Monthly report related to claims and inspection results

    

· On-site inspection for products made by metal fabrication, casting, forging, stamping.

    

· UT, MT, Xray quality check on site for casting parts

    

· Welding seam penetration test on site

    

· Manage the quality equipment of ITBC, propose new investments if needed

    

· Review the drawings before production and ask modification to the designer if needed

    

· Improve the internal processes

    

    

Skills & background:

    

    

· Minimum 5 years of working experience as quality manager in the field of metal fabrication and /or casting

    

· Master degree in mechanical engineering or similar

    

· Fluent in English ( Daily communication in English with management) & Chinese (communication with suppliers)

    

· Computer skills = Excel, Word, ERP system is a plus, Edrawings, Inventor etc..

    

· Able to use a CMM and strong knowledge for dimensional checking

    

· Strong knowledge about casting, Stamping, metal fabrication and forging.

    

· Knowledge about steel and Iron materials

    

· Able to perform UT test

    

· Good communicating skills, team player, Proactive, sensitive and attentive to details

    

· Able to work under pressure, hardworking & motivated

    

Salary:

    

    

· From 12 000 RMB – 15 000 RMB per month + social insurance & housing funds

    

· Monthly bonus depending on performance 500 RMB -1,000RMB /M after probation period.
