（1）负责技术部的整体运营工作，为各部门提供技术支持，保证质量体系的有效运转。

（2）拟订技术部年度、季度技术开发工作、工艺改进工作目标和计划，并监督计划的实施。

（3） 领导技术部员工进行产品工艺调研，指导产品工艺文件设计，并负责制定管理性工艺文件，并对生产工艺的制订进行管理。

（4）公司安排的其他工作项。

（5）阀门行业同岗位工作经验5年以上，协调沟通能力强。
