Responsibilities

 

- Support the structuring and execution of transactions, including equity fundraising, Joint Venture Set-up, Acquisitions, and Disposal;

- Conduct detailed financial / pricing analysis using mainstream pricing methodologies, including net asset approach, discounted cash flow and comparable analysis.

- Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, etc

- Assisting client in preparing transaction documents

- Assist clients in due diligence exercises 

- Participate in client meetings and provide negotiation support during transaction process

- Frequent travelling to work on cross-border M&A assignments

 

Experience and skills

 

- Excellent academic background preferably with a professional qualification in accounting / statutory valuation / Financial analysis. Holders of CPA, CPV and CFA are preferential.

- Minimum of 1 years’ accounting/financial analysis / investment banking related experience acquired with prestigious banks, professional firms and corporations

- Solid corporate finance knowledge and skills on valuation/pricing techniques, DCF, Comparable Company/Transaction Multiples, etc

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

- Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
