Preventive Maintenance

预防性维护

1.According to Preventive Maintenance Program of EHC, Maintenance Technician maintains all production and auxiliary equipment to ensure they work well all the time.

参照依合斯的预防性维护程序，认真做好所有生产和辅助设备的维护保养工作，以保证设备的正常运行。

2.As per the requirement of Equipment Daily Checklist, Maintenance Technician performs checking, calibration, operation and maintenance on all production and auxiliary equipment so as to prevent any potential hazardous and avoid energy waste.

参照《设备日常检查表》的相关要求，切实做好所有生产和辅助设备的日常检查、检测、操作和保养工作，消除安全隐患，避免能源浪费。

3.Maintenance Technician completes the checklist of equipment running conditions on the Maintenance Log for each shift.

认真做好交接班工作，在《维修日志》上做好工作记录，确保同事之间掌握真实、准确的设备运行情况。

4.Maintenance Technician assists contractor to do some special equipment (such as fork truck, air conditioner, air compressor, etc) scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs and ensures all maintenance work accomplished well. 

协助并监督外部保养商做好部分外包设备（诸如叉车、空调、空压机等）的定期保养和应急维修。

Maintenance Technician carries out any task assigned by Equipment & Facility Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.

完成设备设施经理或维修主管指派的其它任务。

 

Trouble Shooting

故障解决

1.Is able to consistently and reliably troubleshoot in the following areas: Mechanics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and Electronics.

如下方面具有一贯的、可靠的故障解决能力：机械、空压、液压、电气、PLC（可编程逻辑控制）及电子等。

2.Is responsible for keep all plant equipment and facilities in good condition. When the machine breaks down, the first priority to recover it.

确保工厂所有生产设备和公用设施处于良好状态。当设备设施故障时，需***时间负责解决故障以恢复生产。

3.Where repairs may be required off regular hours, must be available and on call.

当遭遇非正常工作时间内的紧急维修要求时，务必做到随叫随到。

Inventory

库存

1.Maintenance Technician maintains inventory control of spare parts by keeping track of them, records any spare parts consumption on Maintenance Log and updates Maintenance Inventory Transfer Form in accordance with actual quantity. 

通过日常消耗的记录来进行维修库存的控制，在《维修日志》上记录任何备件的消耗，并在及时填写《库存转移单》以符合实际数量。

2.Maintenance Technician immediately reports to Maintenance Supervisor for re-order in case any critical parts shortage comes so as to prevent unnecessary and avoidable downtime.

当重要备件数量低于安全库存值时，立即报告维修主管以便及时采购，从而避免不必要的停机。

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Completion of middle school or equivalent education

  初中或以上学历毕业

• High mechanical aptitude.

  很高的机械天赋

• A high degree of hand eye coordination is required.

  需要高度的手眼协调能力

• Proven ability in inspection and testing in an ISO 9000 accredited manufacturing company.

  在ISO9000认证的制造业公司里拥有良好的检查和测试能力

• Good working knowledge of Quality Concepts, Basic SPC, blueprint reading, and inspection.

  有质量概念、基础SPC、识图和检查的良好工作知识

• basic computer keyboard input skills;

  基本的电脑键盘输入技能

• Has worked at EHC for a minimum of 4 years.

  在依合斯至少工作4年

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an advantage

  有办公室软件使用知识尤佳

• Ability to find logical causes and solutions for out of specification conditions.

  对于超出技术参数的情况，能够找出逻辑起因和解决方法

• Willing to work on shift system; flexibility to changing working environment

  愿意轮班；灵活地改变工作环境
