Requirements:

• Minimum with 1 years relevant working experience in sales or marketing in logistics / freight forwarding industries
• Details oriented, Patience, Proactive and Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Travel occasionally
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Regional Sales Executive

       有负责重要客户服务经验的可应征为区域销售主管。

Job Duties:

1. Responsible to manage the Key Accounts and monitor every shipment state, from prospect, booking, shipment arrangement, trucking delivery, empty return down to invoicing..etc
2. Every stage must be follow up tightly with origin and destination offices’ customer service/operation colleagues
3. Connect with local branch managers and local pricing team to fight for the space and also the best price for the customers
4. Maintain close collaboration with internal colleagues of the company
5. Require daily communication with key customers, on checking/updating them the shipment plan, shipment states.
6. An active role in managing key accounts business and develop a strong business partnership and trust with those key customers
7. Direct Report to Regional Sales Manager, and with regularly review meeting by twice a week

   二、 每票运输都必须与始发地和目的地的CS/OP同事密切跟进。

   三、 紧密与当地分公司经理和定价团队联系，争取仓位和***价格。

   四、 要与公司内部同事保持密切合作

   五、 需要每天与重要客户沟通，检查/更新他们的发货计划、和出货后的运输情况。

   六、 积极管理重要客户的业务，与重要客户建立牢固的信任和业务伙伴关系。

   七、 直接向区域销售经理汇报，每周召开两次定期评审会议。
