Job responsibilities:

· Providing product application and technical support to customers

· Work closely with the marketing and engineering team to specify technical requirements 

· Prepare customer documentation such as application notes, reference board user guide …etc.

· On-site support for customer training/ demonstration /issue debugging

· Track customer project status

· Support Disti FAE

Job requirements:

· Minimum of 6 years relevant work experiences of AE/FAE/SW engineer for GPON/EPON/OLT/ONU/Router Gateway product.

· Strong Interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills

· Ability to develop and review technical written specifications

· Software programming skills like C/C++/TCL script..etc

· Experience with real time embedded OS(Linux ,eCos,…etc ) development

· Familiar with VoIP technology (SLIC driver ,SIP/IMS, SDP/RTP, Call features, Voice DSP interface) considered a plus

· Travel as required to support the customer and to support/develop new opportunities.

· Must possess English language skills (speak, read, write)

· Working experience in telecom industry is a plus.
