• Your primary duty as a 20th Century Design & Culture Lecturer will be your active leadership in the classroom as well as engaging/ lecturing relevant creative arts subjects related to: History of Art Movements and History of Fashion Costume.

• Working closely with the school’s Academic Director/ Program Director regarding academic matters in teaching and grading.

• Developing proper and high quality department course outline and examination contents for students to attain high achievements and to prepare them well for further studies.

• To create course materials and maintain good status of all these information.

• Assist in maintaining general classroom discipline, stability, integrity, and professional image of the UCA Shanghai Center.

• Abide by the Center’s policy and procedures.

• 与学校学术主管/项目主管根据教学和评分的学术问题密切合作。

• 创建课程材料以及维护所有相关信息的良好状态。

• 协助维护UCA上海中心的课堂纪律、稳定性、诚信和专业形象。

职位要求 Job Requirement：

• Candidate will be based in Shanghai and be able to commit to 6 – 18 hours classes per week.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Design related studies with a keen interest in art and fashion history.

• Relevant and credible portfolio with lecturing experience in art and fashion related studies. Candidates without relevant teaching experience will also be considered provided they have good working experience in the relevant creative arts industry.

• Can adapt to a multi-cultural setting with strong interpersonal skills and patience in handling students of different art capabilities.
