Core Responsibilities:

 

• Establish, monitor and manage all appropriate quality processes, procedures, testing methodologies, and test equipment to assure compliance to specifications;
• Develop, promote, and implement quality processes to cover various products and associated operations from inception to completion;
• Coordinate and manage resolution of Quality Management System issues;
• Do quality planning, quality control and complaint management for customer as well as in-house products and processes; 
• Identify areas of opportunity and support continual improvement of the QMS;
• Be counterpart for customer regarding quality requirements and maintain active communication with customers and provide information to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor and coordinate compliance with UL/CSA standards and procedures;
• Schedule and coordinate Internal Quality Audit process;
• Monitor changes to applicable product environmental laws, regulations, and customer requirements.  Coordinate customer response to internal compliance and regulatory inquiries and issues.

 

Qualifications:

 

• BS degree or equivalent, relevant major is preferred;
• More than 5 years’ work experience in Quality Management;
• Excellent verbal and written communications in English;
• Knowledge in application of principles and techniques commonly employed in electronic alysis of insulated wire and cable;
• Must have previous experience with ISO 9001 and quality tools such as 8D, 6 Sigma, FMEA, and SPC.
