工作职责Job responsibilities

    

作为为一个大型商业开发项目的钢结构施工的高级驻地工程师，对现场关键部位的螺栓节点进行抽查，协调驻地团队里的焊缝检查员进行焊缝检查，及协助驻地团队负责人管理现场团队日常工作

    

主要工作如下：

    

• 对现场施工质量进行抽样检查验和监督，以确定工程质量是否达到标准及设计要求；
• 需要与施工方现场人员保持紧密沟通，确保技术要求、施工图纸、深化图纸及设计变更的内容能准确落实到现场，避免不必要的返工；
• 审阅钢结构相关施工方；
• 协助驻地团队负责人准备日常工作的函件如工地备忘录、会议纪要、驻地双周报等；
• 积极参与与现场钢结构质量有关的会议；
• 定期复核施工单位的工作质量，并跟业主定期汇报现场施工质量及提出工程质量改善的建议；
• 施工前审阅图纸，如发现问题，及时与设计团队沟通解决；
• 参与重要工程材料的测试工作；
• 与业主、施工单位及监理做好现场协调工作；
• 负责协助团队的整体管理；
• 充分照顾业主方的需求。 

    

职位要求Job requirements

    

• 土木、结构工程或相关专业本科毕业以上学历；
• 有8-10年或以上结构设计经验，有驻地经验更佳；
• 有钢结构设计或施工经验为佳；
• 熟悉中国钢结构设计及施工规范为佳；
• 良好的中文听说写能力；
• 有良好编写正式报告及工地备忘的能力；
• 有很好的领导及指导能力；
• 一周五天工作。
