岗位职责：

1、了解主流媒体协议、编解码相关技术、直播的技术架构，有直播平台、SDK相关经验；

2、配合销售人员，拟定产品的市场及销售策略，持续辅助销售人员履行拓展和维护客户的策略；

3、有行业解决方案的策划能力，对于已经成型产品进行行业推广扩充，能深入挖掘客户市场，培养客户应用习惯和应用场景；

4、能及时根据客户反馈意见建议及投诉，辅助销售人员进行后续需求挖掘和商务合作跟进；

5、配合商务人员进行招投标及各类商务文案的撰写，进行现场演讲方案及答辩，协调客户关系，辅助项目沟通；

6、协助完成产品及项目的公司级销售工具、产品包装、整合方案、行业案例等文档的撰写。

任职要求：

1、有3年及以上实时音视频售前咨询工作经验；在所属行业领域内有丰富的售前营销案例。

2、熟悉实施音视频SDK的功能和应用场景，善于了解和分析客户应用行为；

3、能通过对客户的调研及售前引导，形成有效商务推动，并能在售后持续挖掘客户需求，培养客户使用习惯；

4、精通各类软件的应用，有较强的文案和DEMO制作能力，对行业客户和类型客户有方案概括能力，并能制作销售工具，形成有效售前支撑；

5、具有较好的协调与协作精神，能与销售人员形成搭配，配合销售需要进行方案制作和演讲答辩，促进销售成单，并扩大成单金额。
