Community building：

• Responsible for clients’ stakeholder mapping and identification.
• Client’s project planning, activation management, and ongoing project monitoring to boost client’s brand awareness and enhance brand equity, as well as increase brand loyalty. 
• Responsible to support Engage director to provide domain expertise including industry case studies, and new ways to engage consumers. 
• Provide role specialties and work with internal stakeholders closely to ensure an excellent quality of outputs from UMS.

Team communications：

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive the project process.
• Proactively communicate with both internal and external departments and provide clear briefing.
• Be able to negotiate with vendor.
• Proactively communicate with clients in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to explore more professional skills on domain knowledge including digital marketing trends, channels and tools.
• Participate important meetings including client required meetings, stakeholder meetings, project meetings, etc.

Required skills and experience：

• Agency account or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree above.
• Rich experience with brand community management skills.
• Strong negotiation skill.
• Strong abilities of planning, report drafting and analytics.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
