Mission: Lead the Lean Transformation in Lincoln Electric China Operations, to drive a process-oriented and data-driven working environment.

Responsibilities:

·Drive lean & six sigma efforts, work with the management team and plant head to plan/implement lean operating models, and drive various improvement projects with different functions.

·Responsibilities include project portfolio management, project selection and implementation, site training, communication, project team facilitation, KPI tracking, Lean Six Sigma site assessments, results accountability and cross-plant benchmarking.

·Provides support in selection, training and mentoring of project leaders and teams.

·Development and implementation of regional and plant-level Lean Six Sigma targets and opportunities with support as required from: manufacturing, quality, supply chain, corporate L6S resources.

·Define and lead the lean training efforts for project leaders / members, and plant personnel, such as plant function heads and their direct reports.
·Facilitate, mentor and lead Lean Six Sigma project leaders and team members through DMAIC process, project tracking and follow-up review requirements.

·Excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to introduce, gain buy-in and implement new ideas, procedure and methodology will be critical. Trainer experience would be better.

·Familiarity with CI tools:

·6-sigma;

·KAIZEN/Lean manufacturing tools;

·Value steam mapping;

·TPM;

·KANBAN;

·5S;

·No less than 5 years working experience
