Duties and responsibilities:

Ensure the maintenance of all automated and non-automated machinery, equipment and toolingin the factory;
Insure the building maintenance (electricity, climatisation, filtres);
Plan, develop, implement andmanagea general and preventive maintenance programs;
Developand update maintenance manuals for all equipment and tooling;
Compile statistics on the use of production equipment, tooling and metrology instruments;
Oversee and coordinate all maintenance performed by employees and subcontractors;
Install the equipment according to the needs of the production department;
Repair broken equipment, tooling and machinery;
Identify the needs for maintenance;
Estimate the resources and time required for maintenance;
Schedule maintenance periods;
Check the conformity of the equipment and compliance with quality standards;
In collaboration with QA team, establish a spare parts inventory control method;
Select or source tooling, consumables, QC instruments etc.;
Work in collaboration with engineering team to define right maintenance procedures of the production equipment, jigs and tooling.
Manage calibration program for quality instrumentation.

Education and Qualifications


Technical degree or above in industrial engineering;
At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar position;
Proactivity
Fluency in written and spoken English and mandarin chinese;
Excellent communication skills;
