1 GENERAL INFORMATION
The position holder is a member of HR SSC team, who is responsible for HR service delivery in International Mobility area and be the interface between Global International Mobility with RCNA.
2 MAIN INTERFACES
The position holder reports directly to Head of HR SSC, RCNA. The main interfaces are:
· LTAs and STAs in RCNA
· Global International Mobility
· HR business partners and SMEs
· Business line managers
3 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide day to day consultation towards LTAs/STAs, Line Mangers and HR BPs
· Overall responsible for expatriates management, including New Employee Orientation, Compensation & Benefits, Well Beings and other local support.
· Coordinate with Admin, Sourcing, Finance, Tax teams to provide support for related activities.
· Drive yearly activities locally and align with global IM, including IPE calibration, salary review, incentive evaluation and contract review, etc.
· Provide data analysis to HR Business Partners per request and follow up with HR BP regularly.
· Manage local external vendors to drive better services and procedure implementations.
4 AUTHORITIES
· Accessible to HRMS, E-Leave system, Finance Tool and LTA personal files
· Accessible to HR policies and directives

Qualifications

Qualifications
· Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
· 2 ~ 3 years of working experiences, preferable in HRM area or Telecommunication industry in MNC
· Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or English
