1、制定并负责公司展会项目的整体项目运营计划，明确各个阶段的进度与目标，并组织分解。

    

2、根据公司对所运营展会项目的战略发展要求，研究并制定相应的产品、活动、推广策略等，提高项目的参展商复展率、参展商的质量、新品类开拓等目标，提升项目的整体质量。

    

3、负责项目的整体成本预算控制，确保达成项目的利润率。

    

4、根据公司对所运营展会项目的战略发展要求，明确年度招观目标，联合市场部制定有效的观众市场推广计划，并监督执行情况。

    

5、与公司销售团队保持紧密的沟通并进行协调，联合营销部门制定展商推广计划和销售计划并给予支持和帮助，确保完成销售目标。

    

6、与政府、行业协会等外界资源保持紧密的沟通和联系，获取最新的行业发展动态，并能向公司提出合理化的项目发展战略建议。

    

7、建立项目运营管理的标准化流程体系，并持续进行优化。

    

二、任职资格

    

教育背景:

    

◆会展管理、市场营销、企业管理等相关专业本科（统招）及以上学历。

    

培训经历:

    

◆受过项目管理等方面的培训（PMP优先）。

    

经    验:

    

◆不少于5年的相关会展行业项目管理工作经验，且有从事过50000㎡以上的展会项目的项目管理工作经验。

    

知识技能:

    

◆知识面宽，知识结构较全面，具有较为全面的会展类行业经验及项目管理经验；

    

◆具有较高的综合素质，能够迅速掌握与公司项目业务有关的各种知识；

    

◆熟练使用办公软件。

    

态度能力:

    

◆有较强的组织、协调、沟通、公关能力；

    

◆具有较强的项目团队管理能力；

    

◆具备优秀的市场分析能力；

    

◆能够承受较强的工作压力；具有敏锐的商业洞察力。
