职位描述
We seek a highly motivated Sales Manager to join Speck’s growing team and build Speck’s customer base in the China market. The ideal candidate has minimum 5 to 6 year experience in sales, and has high initiative, high integrity, a passion for strategic consulting, and solid knowledge of marketing and product strategy, and/or industrial design, and/or mechanical engineering and/or manufacturing.
Ideally this person has a history of successfully selling services in a consulting industry and can creatively tailor the solution to the particular needs of each client. Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills are essential. We also look for specific attributes such as entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter, and people skills.
Influencing skills and the ability to reach and connect target clients’ high level management team / Decision makers (Owner, CEO, GM, VP of Marketing, VP of R&D and etc.) are very crucial to the success of this position. We look for talents who are very comfortable selling to the client’s top management team and being able to educate, influence and convince them.
Strong marketing and product strategy knowledge is required.
Competitive compensation package will be offered. We also offer very aggressive commission package to reward those top talents.
Primary responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers and decision makers and present Speck in a compelling manner.
- Achieve quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales goals.
- Develop presentations as required for prospective customers.
- Assist with writing proposals to insure that the proposal properly addresses the needs and concerns of the customer.
- Manage ongoing client relationship and resolve major issues if there are any
- Contribute insights to enable continuous improvement in the sales and marketing process at Speck.
- Report on your sales pipeline in a timely, reliable, and accurate manner.
