Responsibilities:

· Management

o Project management. Manage multiple projects on schedule, content, quality and client communication.

o Organize team meetings for brainstorming, content review and other tasks.

o Set up, maintain and update marketing tools, methodologies for consulting and internal use.

o Lead cross-team communication



· Content

o Create marketing content for Speck

o Create marketing content for various consulting projects

o Create and review presentations for final client review meetings



· Client interface

o Support on sales calls.

o Lead project review meetings and present the content to the clients

o Ongoing client communication and client expectation management



· Networking and Recruitment

o Support on building and extending the industry network

o Support on the recruiting efforts for the branding department



· Contribution to Speck's long term growth

o Generate new initiative for Speck's long-term growth.

o Generate sales leads.

o Invent new opportunity for Speck



Requirements:

· Solid experience working on various marketing projects including product strategy, positioning, branding, marketing communication and etc.

· Have proven record of delivering successful marketing programs for his/her previous employers

· Excellent communication skills and people skills.

· Excellent presentation skills.

· Have strong research skills and knowledge

· Be strong on marketing strategy

· Have profound understanding on China business culture and practice, and have flexibility and be open-minded and willing to adapt to the local environment.

· A self-starter with positive energy and passion for success

· Ideally a causation or native English speaker

· Ideally gained his/her degree and/or have professional experience in the United States
