岗位职责:

1、年度供应商质量目标制订与供应商质量表现监控；
2、定义并跟进项目零部件APQP及成熟变型项目的APQP；
3、定义并跟进项目零部件PPAP及成熟变型项目的PPAP；
4、零部件质量问题处理；
5、零件/总成（零件质量问题引发）冻结或索赔前期输入与后期状态跟进与关闭；
6、供应商生产过程能力提升及持续改进；
7、供应商质量会议；
8、供应商年度审核；
9、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格:

1、电子，微电子或相关领域本科或以上学历；
2、至少具备8年晶圆制造或封测领域的制程、质量、良率提升或失效分析工作经验，了解晶圆及封装制造的先进制程，关键参数及风险的评估与预防，了解器件功能及结构，熟知元器件失效分析及相应流程，熟悉AEC-Q/ESD要求，熟悉汽车行业相关标准及IATF16949五大工具，对质量有较深理解及风险管控意识；
3、较强的英语能力、判断力、分析能力、表达能力和抗压能力；
4、团队工作，沟通能力，主动性，责任心。
