1. 正规本科院校毕业，计算机或者软件工程专业毕业，如果技能优秀，其他专业也可
2. 3年以上软件开发经验，有Asp.net或者VB.net,JavaScript，有 web application 前后台得开发经验或者winform开发经验
3. 有数据库开发经验，会写存储过程，触发器,函数以及一些复杂的查询
4. 熟悉一种或者多种设计模式和架构
5. 理解.Net Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0其中一种，会使用Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010中的一种，理解面向对象
6. 有较强的排错，分析，解决问题的能力
7. 有很好的团队协作能力，能完成上级交代的任务
8. 英文能力较好，读写良好，口语听力好者甚佳
