Job Description

1 Process characterization / optimization studies to determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements.
2 Production line investment estimation for new project, as a core team member in the project, Lead and keep track of equipment build up process which involves, technical requirements bringing out, line capacity and layout planning, equipment final acceptance test, monitoring the equipment projects under the project time schedule.
3 Drive and supervise the Electronic Manufacturing software in use for process planning at HSE.
4 Work with internal / external equipment manufacturers or other assembly center to improve current manufacturing process and development.
5 Drive quality, yield improvements and cost improvement projects.
6 Support the production line maintenance.


Requirements

1. University graduate in Mechanical / Electrical engineering; industrial automation.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing.
3. Knowledge of PLC programming and trouble shooting.
4. Knowledge of automation equipment maintenance and equipment construction.
5. Familiar with Experimental Design, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Analysis.
6. Experience in EMS field, preferred in automotive industry.
7. Can work independently to lead the new production line set up.
8. Good in oral English and written English.
