MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Responsible for achieving the team sales target, both industrial and municipal.
- Responsible for P&L, set and track sales budgets to maximize gross profit.
- Set yearly individual sales plan based on the team target.
- Implement sales forecast.
- Deliver sales training to direct sales personnel and distributors.
- Maintain the existing customer relationship and develop new sales channels.
- Train up and manage the sales team to ensure appropriate changes are made to strengthen team qualifications and improve performance.
- Guide marketing department to create market development plans, including products promotion towards clients.
- Coordinate resources, communication and planning with Marketing Manager, Operations Manager and all business unit Area Managers and Product Specialists.
- Lead and set direction at product meetings, sales meetings and pre-line meetings.
- Make sure engineering & service team provides quality service to sales team.
POWER AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial data: 12.5 million euro as sales revenue target in 2010.
- Production data: fiber and tubular membrane sales, 8,000-10,000 pcs of fiber membrane and 500 pcs of tubular membrane.
- Personnel data: 8 Sales Managers as direct report, for both industrial and municipal projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in environmental science, or chemical mechanical.
- At least 10 years working experience in industrial and municipal water and wastewater market, with 5 years in a managerial role.
- Solid knowledge of water treatment technologies is a must.
- Strong track records of growing sales aggressively.
- Strong team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
