KEY REQUIREMENTS
Familiar with core banking business is a must, like fund transfer, time deposit, transaction services and loans, etc.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
Able to drive, coordinate, corporate with different parties.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multi-tasking.
Flexible to work in different time zone.
Responsible and responsive.
Completed Blueprint training is preferable.
Experience in using RTC tool will be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Describe CoreBank products in Base Functional Requirements.
Recommend the good products and features and bring it to common.
Drive and lead business towards the common process and approach.
Obtain business requirements in details; understand the business process, the end to end flow, the business objectives and business opportunities.
Perform gap analysis; prepare the Software Estimation Worksheet and Functional Requirements.
Work with different counter parties i.e. PSM Designers, PDM Designers, PVM, other Product BAs, business, testers, regional Business Analyst, PMO, CPA to achieve the results.
Review test cases to ensure the testing covered all the business requirements and regression.
Support tests.
Update release bulletin.
Handle BAU NWOs.
Monitor the progress of project timeline and give proper escalation whenever there is a risk or concern.
