职责描述：
? Be responsible for Medical team.
? Research, write, and edit clinical documents, including clinical study protocols, clinical study reports, IB, ICF, RMP, clinical plan outlines, and scientific manuscripts.
? Provide writing support for more complex clinical documentation, with appropriate departmental supervision.
? Provide medical editing review of draft and final documents prepared by other writers before internal or external distribution.
? Coordinate and conduct internal team review and address comments.
? Perform literature searching and reviews as necessary.
? Review statistical analysis plans and mock statistical output to assist in determining appropriateness of content/format for clinical writing.
? Performs other tasks as directed by the line manager.
任职要求：
? Graduated from medical school.
? At least 2 years medical writering experience in Pharmaceutical company or CRO.
? Good oral and written English skills.
? Experience in clinical study design and protocol development and CSR/writing.
