· Generating state of the art and novel design input for projects and processing improvements

· Providing creative solutions where current standard pratice does not deliver required results

Process review during projects

Main Tasks:

1. Design input covering themodynamical, chemical engineering, environmenial engineering and mechanical,with priority on first 2 topics, as well interfacing areas with material science, chemicals processing and product development related needs.

2. Consulting, guiding & coaching project improvement teams during project planning, execution and trial phase.

3. Providing feasibility calculations, analysis, diagrams and drawings, consolidation of results by company's standard documents and well structured reports.

4.Utilizing modern scientific tools, literature and highly efficient expert team networking.

5. Act as lead concultant for machinery and equipment for novel processing, for hardware and material optimization, selection of technologies, specific demanding conceptual and detailed design topics.

6. Verification of output from own activities, project completion, including follow up corrections.

7. Providing special training for basic function of new equipment, it's start up and related fine tuning.

8. Analyze complex process problems, identify where to involve addition specialists.

Chemistry, Fine Chemistry and /or Chemicals Engineering, Diploma of University and above

5 years chemical or similar industry

·Deep knowledge and rich experience with mechanical-, themodynamical and material science aspects in chemical engineering

·Collaborative hands on attitude, passion for creative work

·Well organized, precise working attitude

·Fluent English communication skills
