Requirements:

1.Well Knowledge and experience in EMS factory,be familiar with PCBA manufacturing process,include SMT process and wave soldering process,better for coating process.

2.High level for technical and troubleshooting skills on PCBA manufacturing process issue analysis.

3.Fluent in English

4.Strong communication skills,correct working attitude,strong team spirits and ability to work under pressure.

5.Minimun academic requirement with at least 2 years of PCBA manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities:

1.In charge of PCBA process development and optimization,work out Process Flow Chart,DFM,P-FMEA,Production Layout,Process instruction,etc.

2.As a PCBA process engineer,study existing process improvement through collecting feedback from various function

3.Acting as a bridge between process and other function to phase in new product

4.To be an ECN coordinator to raise internal ECN as required if any changes have.Work with team members to understand customer ECN,communicate with customer if need.

5.Support production and QA to ensure the process requirement needed for product is carried out through conducting training and explaining,etc.

6.Manufacturing yield improvement activities,improve PFY from SMT MI ICT FCT Coatingand Boxbuild.

7.Work with team menbers to solve the part problem from production line,assure good quality

8.Other task assigned by supervisor or high level.
