DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Daily Communication Party
- OPM Clothing Woman of HBAG
- Manufacturer

? Development & SMS
- coordinate the technical team to check proto and SMS, update the relevant documents
- control the factory to ensure the quality of the products meet up the HB standard

? Production
- coordinate the technical team to check JSS, PPS and bulk production, update the relevant documents
- control the factory to ensure the quality of delivered products meet up the HB standard

? Sourcing
- source and evaluate the new factory
- gather and provide the general information relevant to Clothing Woman of HB Shanghai to the possible manufacturer which had been evaluated

? Team Building
- coordinate and supervise the technical team of Clothing Woman Team HB Shanghai

POSITION/PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

? Good command of English both in oral and written
? Strong PC skills
? More than 10 years experience in Textile and 3 years in position
? Washing experience for fabric and garment is preferred
? Strong knowledge on workmanship & textile engineering
? Working experience in European company is preferred
? Strong sense of responsibility
? Self-reflection & Self-Discipline
? Good command in team building
