YWK Consulting is a boutique business advisory firm specialized in Restructuring & Turnaround, Transaction Advisory, Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support services.

We are currently seeking intern/graduates to join our Shanghai office. Candidates with relevant experiences will be considered as Consultant.

The role would suit individuals with an analytical mind, high attention to detail and accuracy, willingness to learn and a desire to contribute to the development of the firm. Working under partner supervision, you will gain exposure to all aspects of our business including:

• Cross border advisory, recovery and operational tasks relating to distressed business.
• Due diligence assignments relating to buy and sell side advisory engagements.
• Financial and accounting investigations.
• Assisting in the financial analysis and business reviews;
• Preparation of relevant financial accounts and reports;

工作职位要求：

1. 提供陷入困境企业的相关重整业务咨询服务
2. 买卖双方财务尽职调查等咨询服务
3. 财务相关调查
4. 分析相关企业财务数据；
5. 准备相关财务报表及报告
