Accountabilities:

• Execute and Manage the whole process of product development and mass production to ensure the business follow the customer wish.
• Ensure the new orders are placed on time, and shipping&payment docs are sent on time. 
• Handle and settle the customer claims if any.
• Source and develop new products and vendors. Ensure all requirements of the brief are met.
• Regularly follow up and track all sourcing projects to ensure they are delivered to the required quality level, on-time and in full.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years merchandising experience, furniture(upholstery/outdoor) or furniture related background preferred. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English. 
• Good PC skills such as words, excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Good team player and detail tracker.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, well organized, logical and analytical.
• Eager to learn and motivated by successful delivery.
