1.负责厂房设施的维护保养工作；

2.规划、改进、改善厂房设施,以满足公司的正常发展；

3.负责现场土建及装修改造工程项目的日常管理工作，协调其他专业工程师的现场配合工作；

4.精通国家及上海本地的规范、技术指标、验收程序；



岗位要求：

1.具有3-5年以上土建工程及管理经验；对厂房设施、装修、有厂房设施的维护保养等比较了解；具有厂房设施或工程/设计和基建的操作和保养工作经验；

2.民建或土木工程、建筑学等相关专业专科以上学历；

3.能熟悉操作电脑，使用CAD以及相关绘图软件，有较好的文字水平；

4.CET6以上。
