Qualification / 资格

• Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or  or Automotive.
• Good knowledge of automotive development process.
• >= 8 years relevant working experience.
• Relevant required technical skills:

    

    1) NVH function expert, target setting at complete vehicle level and system/component level, subjective and                    objective benchmarking

    

    2) NVH simulation report comprehension and analysis

    

    3) Squeak&Rattle expert

    

    4) NVH functional validation at complete vehicle level and module level

    

    5) Expertise in Transfer path Analysis (TPA)

    

    6) Expertise in experimental modal analysis

    

    7) Familiar with NVH simulation report comprehension and analysis

    

    8) Familiar with NVH and SEA simulation (able to understand in a critical way simulation results and propose                    modifications for improvement)

    

    9) Familiar with software PAK, LMS or Head acoustics systems

    

   10) Familiar with NVH Electric driving units

    

   11) Familiar with PWT structural design (chassis bushings, PWT mounts, gear/shaft)

• Test planning, preparation and setup according to DVP
• Responsible to manage, track and follow up results for functional validation at complete vehicle level and module level
• Recognize potential issues during testing activity
• Identify vehicle/PWT NVH root cause
• Review all NVH related integration test reports (for modules)
• Ensure on time delivery of the deliverables with required quality
• Train and coach new junior NVH engineers.
