职位描述

Job Title: Administrative Assistant


Education Level: College degree, or relevant equivalent work experience.

Experience: 2 years experience in office environment reporting to Senior Management

Other: Fluent in mandarin with good english


Primary Skills:
Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
Translating documents between English and Chinese and verbal translation
Organizational Skills
Secondary Skills:
Human Resources background
Data entry in Kingdee and Mapics
Cost accounting experience


Job Duties:
Report to GM or Director Asia Pacific
Assist Accounting Manager with daily duties
Prepare BOS documents
Prepare presentations
Support Sales team
Support Engineering and Launch teams


Skills:
The employee must have good oral and written communication skills (English required). The ability to interface with a wide range of individuals is required. (i.e. customers, suppliers, hourly employees, managers, etc.)

Location: For the first couple months this will be a work at home operation until the office is setup.
