Objective of job: Lead to manage the body and exterior cost and estimating. Control and manage changes withing established targets.


Experience & Education: BS or MS in related field with knowledge of body and exterior component manufacturing and cost


Skills
-General Skills:
-Fluent in written and spoken English, Proficient in MS office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Good presentation skills.
-Functionality Skills & Technical Skills: Knowledge of China manufacturing cost structure for body and exterior components.
-Knowledge of China engineering development cost structure for body and exterior components.
-Financial knowledge and skills to provide pricing estimates based upon manufacturing and development cost structure.
-Management & Leadership Skills:
-Ability to work with minimal direction, self starter, motivated and organized, Good teamwork and communication skills, Ability to work as part of a multi-national team.

Personal traits: Thinks independently and logically, Will take initiative on problems and issues, self motivated, Accountable for actions, Desire to learn.
