Job Responsibility:

 1. Make Technical evaluation on samples to ensure the correct fitting, workmanship and measurements during all the process from the proto sample development to the pre production sample before the production. 

 2. Check sample FITTING  – MEASUREMENTS – FINISHING, READ TECHNICAL COMMENTS FROM CUSTOMER TECHCNICIEN IN ENGLISH – MAKE CLEAR COMMENTS IN ENGLISH WITH pictures and sketch details to help explain/solve problems. 

 3. Coordinate with suppliers about the sample’s comment to clarify the key points of workmanship. Find the possible solution to improve samples when found mistakes, misunderstanding.

 4. Train suppliers and help them well understand all customer technical requests, brands, quality and workmanship requested.

 5. Work closely with Supplier, merchandiser, to help detect in advance and find technical solutions during productions step when necessary.

 Position Request :

 1. Experience: At least 3years working as Technician – Pattern maker – QA 

 2. Well know the workmanship, pattern construction of garment sample, ability to detect problems on measurements/pattern construction/fitting and find solutions to resolve problems.

 3. Know or have some skills/knowledge about all washing Items.

 4. Be familiar with the main types of woven, knitted, lace, print, and embroidery production process during sample making and production.

 5. Be familiar with DRAWING and PATTERN SOFTWARE is request

 6. ENGLISH: Read, Write are necessary
