JOB SCOPE 工作内容

A partner of our company is a festive items company based in France, we have the clients in Europe and Latin America, to help them sustain their business growth, we are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to support the sourcing work of the Senior Merchandise manager.

Your ability is to prioritise task, your language level and your enthusiasm are determining factors.
We are seeking someone with an experience in a trading company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

- Sourcing new products using all existing information channel available 通过各种可用渠道搜寻新产品
- Develop new products according to detailed brief from European headquarters 根据欧洲总部的细节概要开发新产品
- Check samples检查样品
- photo-shooting产品拍照
- Pack and send samples when necessary打包样品和安排寄样
- Liaison with local vendors/factories; 协助联系供应商/工厂；
- Prepare shipping documents (such as Commercial invoice , Packing list, Forma A etc.准备出货文件（如商业发票,箱单，Form A,等)
- Contact Forwarder for booking vessel or guard the vendors/factories to book the vessel; shipping documents（Commercial invoice , Packing list, Forma A,B/L,etc ）
- Viewing and confirmation 联系货代订舱或指导供应商/工厂订舱,并提供并确认出货文件;
- View the products test reports necessary from vendors/factories检查供应商/ 工厂提供的关于产品的相应测试报告；
- Assistant to contact test labs (such SGS,etc.)in order to gather information regarding necessary testing for compliance of the product within its market, and requesting subsequent quotations;协助联系测试实验室(如，SGS)，收集产品进行必要的测试项目，并要求后续报价;
- Prepare inspection Request Form (IRF) to internal QC or the third party inspection company if requested by client; 准备QC的验货申请（IRF）或向客户指定的第三方检验公司申请验货;
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management; 执行管理层交办的其他工作

Skills 技能

- Knowledge in LEDs and in small electric circuits LED及简单电路知识
- Capacity to source and audit manufacturers 采购及审核制造商的能力
- Ability to draft technical specs 起草技术规范的能力
- Ability to follow up and control manufacturing from technical drawings to final product 跟单,控制从图纸至最终生产制造的能力

REQUIREMENTS 要求

- At least 2 year of experience within a Trading company
- 至少2年以上相关产品的出口经验
- Three year college or university graduate
- 大专或者本科学历
- Fluent in written and spoken English, French will be a plus. Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) professionally
- 英语听、写流利，熟悉电脑操作，会法语者优先。
- Some Knowledge of EU Toys Directives will be a plus.
有了解欧洲玩具指令相关知识者优先
- Eager to learn, motivated, team player, good time management skill.
好学，上进，团队精神，良好的时间管理技巧
