4、 处理公司网店日常事务，包括网络留言回复、订单管理、评价管理；
5、 对客户提出的商品问题、页面问题进行反馈；
6、 解答催发货、快递异常、退换货等客户问题；
任职要求：
1、有过淘宝开店经验或做过淘宝运营客服经验优先；
2、做事有条理，具备良好服务意识和沟通能力，工作认真，有责任心；
4、电子商务、网络运营等相关专业应届生亦可。
