岗位职责：

1、原材料日常来料，按照标准抽样；

2、负责原材料、半成品、成品理化及微生物检验，水和生产环境微生物监控，设备日常维护，汇总和报告检验结果；  

3、开展生产首件及过程巡检；  

4、出现检测异常时，按照相关规定进行处理；

5、标样的接收及登记；  

6、产品留样台账登记及留样间日常管理；

7、每月对检验数据进行汇总、统计；

8、检验相关的项目性工作及领导安排的其他工作。

  

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上，微生物/化学相关专业；   

2、2年以上化妆品相关行业检验工作经验；

3、拥有微生物检验员资格证/检验员资格证；

4、熟练掌握化妆品理化及微生物（限度和致病菌）测试的知识和方法，掌握化妆品半成品、成品检验标准和方法；

5、熟悉化妆品及原材料的取样及检验工作；熟悉在线检验工作；

6、了解化妆品行业相关法规与规范；

7、具有较强的工作责任心、执行力和良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神。

Responsibilities:

1. Daily raw materials, according to the standard sampling;

2. Responsible for physical and chemical and microbiological inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, microbiological monitoring of water and production environment, daily maintenance of equipment, summary and report of inspection results;

3. Carry out first article and process inspection;

4. In case of abnormal detection, handle according to relevant regulations;

5. Acceptance and registration of standard samples;

6. Product retention account registration and daily management of retention room;

7. Summarize and count the inspection data every month;

8. Inspection related project work and other work arranged by leaders

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in microbiology / chemistry;

2. At least 2 years inspection experience in cosmetic industry;

3. Have microbial inspector qualification certificate / inspector qualification certificate;

4. Master the knowledge and methods of cosmetics physical and chemical and microbial (limit and pathogenic bacteria) test, and the inspection standards and methods of semi-finished products and finished products;

5. Familiar with sampling and inspection of cosmetics and raw materials; familiar with online inspection;

6. Understand the relevant laws and regulations of cosmetics industry;

7. Strong sense of responsibility, execution, good communication and coordination ability and team spirit.
