确保公司内部的工作指导书和工作流程得到很好的理解和执行

·轮班和工作安排，直接管理检验员

·分析相关的质量KPI，并对任何偏差进行改善

·良好的质量和技术文档，并保持一致性

·质量相关案例的外部和内部协调

·不断提高和发展检验方法的质量水平

·报告并更新相关文件

·与业务一起领导和发展检验员

·参与和支持年度质量议程

工作特定知识:

良好的英语阅读、写作和口语能力

·熟悉ISO9000质量保证程序

·质量知识- rca, 8D，质量工具

·大学本科以上学历

·熟练使用办公软件

·3年以上质量相关工作经验

·熟悉家具，有基本的画读能力

  

ASSIGNMENTS:

·         Lead, support and optimize receiving/in-process/final quality inspection process

·         Make sure internal working instruction and routine be well understand and implemented

·         Shift and work arrangement, direct management to inspector

·         Analyse the related quality KPI and trigger improvement for any deviation

·         Good documentation for quality and technical documents and keeps compliance

·         Be external and internal coordinator for quality related cases

·         Continuously improve and develop quality level of inspection method

·         Report and keep relevant files updated

·         Lead and develop inspector together with business

·         Involve and support the agenda of yearly quality

JOB-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

·         Good reading, writing and speaking English

·         Familiar with ISO9000 Quality Assurance Program

·         Quality Knowledge—RCA, 8D, quality tools

·         University graduated at least

·         Good knowledge in Microsoft office     

·         More than 3 years working experience related quality

·         Familiar with furniture, have basic drawing-reading ability
