Job Description

General Summary:

We are looking for an intelligent and highly motivated scholar for one of the two VP positions to manage the team for the development of novel antibody/protein drugs. The candidate should have a solid background in antibody/protein technology and at least 5 years experience in industrial area. The individual should have excellent management and communication skills, and much capacity to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Manage the R&D team
2. Set up advanced antibody/protein technology platform including hybridoma, phage display, single-chain antibody, bi-specific antibody/protein technologies.
3. Fulfill the comprehensive tasks of the company that were implemented by the board of directors.
4. Fully committed to the overall R&D plan.
5. Periodically present project progress to CEO as well as the board members.

We are currently advancing a pipeline of promising preclinical candidates and have robust research capabilities fuelling our long-term growth. To meet the fast advancement of project R&D, we are looking for two top managers who will fill the positions of chief scientific officer (CSO) and vice president (VP) respectively. The candidates should have solid background in cell biology, or antibody development, or cell line generation and cell line processing, and have comprehensive experiences in biological drug development in industrial area abroad.
